For example, when your clients ask for photos urgently, or you did upload the input files but forget to send them to us. Building Personal Editing Style For Customer
Have you ever received edited photos from your editing team and felt like they are nice but still not your norm? There's something wrong but you can't explain why?
Fiona and Finn can create a personal editing profile for each client, as long as you provide us with your favorite editing sample, and note your special requirements, we'll make sure we can deliver the product which is exactly your style. We follow each client's style and feelings, not just send the same result for all clients, like a machine.
Also, you can even change your style while working with us. There are some clients who initially pursue the warm look of editing. But suddenly they told us ānow we want the photos to be clean white and brightā. Don't hesitate, it doesn't matter. As long as you tell us your plan for upcoming projects, we are ready to āredrawā the client's style for you.
Deliver Multiply Edited Versions
You can ask us to return your photos using whatever platform is convenient for you. Currently, we are supporting platforms such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Wetransfer, Smugmug, Onedrive, etc.
You can also leave a note for us if you need to add a copy of the image with the logo or resized versions, for example, under 10mb, 2mb. In addition, customers can ask us to rename photos in order. Some of our clients want the pictures to be arranged in order from aerial photos to front door photos, then photos inside the rooms in the house, and finally backyard photos, twilight photos..etc.

Please keep in mind that if you want us to fulfill the following requirements for your photos, you should note with us right when submitting your job. We will do it automatically at no extra charge:

Regarding turnaround time, we don't have a fixed time of 12-15 hours for every project. We understand sometimes you need us to get the job done sooner, so we're always happy to support our clients with our existing ability. You can even ask for a 04-06 hours turnaround for your job.
If you are concerned about the price, we are ready to discuss in detail and give you the most reasonable price. The things you need to be prepared to tell us when you want to bargain are:
Workload in 1 month, specifically how many photos taken in 1 month
Acceptable turnaround time
Your editing sample
Your additional requests for photos eg: Change sky, fire, remove wires, add grass, logoā¦etc
